Rocket Yoga @ SWEAT!

Rocket Yoga is fast-paced and dynamic flow similar in structure to the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. The poses consist of Surya Namaskar A, B, C, along with standing poses, seated poses, twists, and bends. The major difference from the Primary series is that all poses are optional and all poses can be modified or skipped in their entirety. There are lots of opportunities for learning and perfecting arm balancing and inversions. Rocket yoga is focused on breath and movement, using prana to encourage a spirit of change and freedom in your yoga practice. This is a non-heated class and is 75 minutes.
