Going upside down can be as frightening and challenging as it is empowering and fun!

In this new non-heated class format learn how to build the physical and mental strength necessary to help you in your inversion practice.

We'll open with a powerful vinyasa practice to warm-up and then... Lift Off - we will work on arm balancing postures, as well as headstand, forearm stand, and handstand.

You don't need to already know how to do any of these postures to join Flight Club, come to learn, expand your mind, nurture your heart, develop your body and cultivate your yoga practice!

If you're pretty comfortable getting vertical already, we'll make sure you have plenty of space to build on the skills you already have. Bring ALL of the questions you have, and a sense of humor and humility - if you can't laugh at yourself, you're never getting into a handstand

In this non-heated class, David and Avery have developed a special session that is half class, half workshop, to incorporate a specific cycle of hip openers, heart openers, and inversions to enable you to harness the power you already possess.
