Yoga for the Pelvic Floor - Open to Men + Women!

Cathy Mondloch-Seavey, a yoga teacher since 2007 and a mom since 2023, will provide techniques for reconnecting to your pelvic floor. Using breathing techniques, postural drills and targeted considerations, you will be able to feel a renewed sense of stability in your body.


Through plain and simple direction, this workshop will help demystify the bandhas or locks used in yoga practice. Whether your goal is an advanced posture, injury prevention, or a deeper understanding of pranayama and/or meditation, this workshop will provide a foundation to build upon.

Everybody has a pelvic floor, so this workshop is for everybody!

The two-hour session open to men and women will include movement practice, so dress to move comfortably.


The room will not be heated.
