Yoga for the Pelvic Floor - Open to Men + Women!

Cathy Mondloch-Seavey, a yoga teacher since 2007 and a mom since 2023, will provide techniques for reconnecting to your pelvic floor. Using breathing techniques, postural drills and targeted considerations, you will be able to feel a renewed sense of stability in your body.

 

Life changes can impact function and awareness, so know that women of any age and experience can benefit from this special workshop! Expect lots of laughs, meaningful conversation and new ways of engaging your body and mind.

 

The two-hour session, open to both men and women, will include movement practice, so dress to move comfortably.

 

The room will not be heated.
