Introducing Handstand JAM!
First + Last Saturday of Every Month at 1 PM
Under the watchful eyes of Coaches David and Avery, students will explore the art of handstands in a communal and supportive environment. This is where practice becomes personal, and progress becomes collective.
Together, we will:
Study the foundations of balance and alignment.
Refine entries into handstand, and shape shifting while in a handstand.
Drill strength and endurance for longer holds and a sustainable practice.
Partner spotting techniques will be taught and practiced, enabling students to safely and appropriately support one another, regardless of their skill level. Whether you are building your first 60-second hold or refining freestanding consistency, this class offers a structured approach within a fun and open format.
You can expect personalized and individual attention provided to each student, along with group exercises and conditioning work in every class. Proper progressions will be provided for every skill level.
Handstand is both art and architecture.
